A.No.612 of 2025 has been filed to order a fresh trial thereby recording of evidence of PW1 and PW2 in the above suit. A.No.613 of 2025 has been filed to take fresh evidence of plaintiff in the above suit on impleading of the applicant.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that he has no objection in allowing these applications.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits and in view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents, these applications are allowed.
