ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the subsequent selection process, the petitioner was selected and appointed as Anganwadi worker and it appears that she is now working as Anganwadi worker. The learned counsel further submitted that in view of the subsequent development during the pendency of the Writ Petition, this Writ Petition has become infructuous and hence, the same may be dismissed as infructuous.

2.The statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner is taken on record.

3.In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. 2/4

4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed, as having become infructuous.
