in C.S.No.624 of 2019 P.VELMURUGAN, J., Today, this application is directed to be listed for filing counter and disposal, however, the counter has not been filed. 2.This application has been filed to implead the applicant herein as the third plaintiff in the suit in C.S.No.624 of 2019.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record. 4.The learned counsel for the respondents/defendants raised an objection in allowing the application.

5. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court is of the opinion that the applicant is also necessary party to the suit and his presence is necessary to arrive effective decision in this suit, if the applicant is impleaded as a third Page No.1/3

plaintiff, no prejudice would be caused to the respondents. Accordingly, this application is allowed.

6.The learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the plaint and file a copy of the amended plaint before the Registry.

Post the matter on 26.04.2022.
