(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, by the petitioner directing the respondent herein to produce the husband of the petitioner, Surya, aged 40 years, before this Court and to set him at liberty forthwith. 2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the alleged detenu Surya, husband of the petitioner was arrested in connection with a criminal case registered in Crime No.478 of 2015 for the offence under Section 379 of IPC on the file of the Rajamangalam Police Station.
3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, we are of the view that the petition is liable to be dismissed. In the result, the petition is dismissed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
