3.There being no serious objection by the plaintiff and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed on payment of costs of R.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the High Court Advocate Clerks'

Association, Chennai and also Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) to the Government Higher Secondary School for Blind, No.50, Trunk Road, Poonamallee, Chennai-600 056.

3. Post the matter on 24.03.2022 for "reporting compliance".
