ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to set aside the order passed in M.P.No.2 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.458 of 2025 on the file of the XXI Additional City Civil Court at Chennai and to extend the time for depositing 20% of the compensation amount.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to comply with the conditions imposed by the Appellate Court while granting bail. Further, he sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.
