O R D E R

The instant Writ Petition is filed against the order of the 1st respondent bearing Memo.(Per) No.20233/A3/A32/200624, dated 3.4.2010, by which the petitioner was reverted. This Court, by an order dated 3.4.2010 granted stay of the impugned order.

2.Mr.Balan Haridas, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner states that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner has retired from service on 31.08.2010. The learned counsel for the respondents state that all the terminal benefits have been paid. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the fact that the terminal benefits have been paid to the petitioner, as if she had not been reverted back, nothing survives in this writ petition. The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
