Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.15708/L.2/2010 dated 15.03.2010 and quash the same and direct the respondents to give promotion to the petitioner notionally as B.T. Assistant from the date on which the 3rd respondent was given promotion and confer all the consequential benefits including seniority so as to enable the petitioner to claim further promotion to the post of Headmistress of Middle School.

Court addressed by the petitioner to the 1st respondent, wherein it is stated that the petitioner is not interested to contest the case further and expressed his willingness to withdraw the writ petition.
