Prayer in WP.10052 of 2018: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the First Respondent culminating in the order dated 14.11.2017 passed by the First Respondent in A.P.16/2017 and direct the First Respondent to appoint the Petitioner as Hereditary Trustee in Raman Chettiar Kattalai/Trust and quash the same.

JUDGMENT

(Delivered by PARESH UPADHYAY, J.) Learned advocate for the appellant has placed on record a memo on behalf of the appellant seeking permission to withdraw the writ appeal reserving his right to approach the appropriate Joint Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act for modification of the scheme governing the Raman Chettiar Kattalai / Trust.

2. Leave as prayed for is granted. The writ appeal is disposed of in the above terms. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
