(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel for the third respondent.

This petition has been filed by the petitioner/husband of the detenue Govindammal, aged about 21 years, to cause production of his wife, before this Court and to set her at liberty. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The alleged detenue is secured and produced before this Court by the respondents from the Home.

3.On enquiry, the detenue expressed her willingness that she will not go along with the petitioner though he being her husband and since she is major, she is entitled to decide her life independently.

4.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenue that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered.
