This application has been filed for interim custody of the minor during vacation.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that as far as interim custody of the child is concerned, the parties have entered into a settlement agreement and in view of the same, this application can be closed.

3. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the in view of the settlement agreement between the parties, this application is closed.

4. Post the main Original Petition for filing counter on 05.04.2024.
