C O M M O N O R D E R The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioners brought to the notice of this Court that these writ petitions are filed to challenge the show cause notice dated 15.4.2011 issued by the first respondent. Further, he has stated that during the pendency of the writ petitions, disciplinary proceedings were concluded and the writ petitioners were dismissed from service.

2. In this view of the matter, no further adjudication is required in this writ petitions. Accordingly, these writ petitions stand closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
