CRIME NO.733/2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on 17.12.2020 in Crl.OP.No.19326 of 2020 in bail application in Cr.No.733 of 2020 that the petitioners/accused should sign before the Town Police Station, Villupuram, Villupuram District everyday morning 10.30 a.m.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.ANBALAGAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to stay at Villupuram and report before the Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19326 of 2020 dated 17.12.2020.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.19326 of 2020 dated 17.12.2020, is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required. 5.This petition is ordered accordingly.
