O R D E R
The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider his representation through his lawyer's notice dated 21.07.2015 to remove the encumbrances dated 19.05.2015 in Doc.No.2047/99, 4777/2007, 6091/2007, 5860/2007 & 8103/2013 by the respondents 4 to 5 and take action in accordance with Circular No.67 of 2011 dated 03.11.2011 issued by the 1st respondent.

2.Mr.T.V.Krishnamachari, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given the representation to the respondents 1 to 3 to take action in accordance with Circular No.67 of 2011 dated 03.11.2011 in respect of Doc.Nos.2047/99, 4777/2007, 6091/2007, 5860/2007 & 8103/2013. The learned counsel further submitted that inspite of the representation dated 21.07.2015, the respondents 1 to 3 have not taken any action so far.
3.Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the respondents may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to the respondents 4 & 5.
4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.07.2015, on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders, after giving notice to the respondents 4 & 5, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
