By consent of both the parties, the present writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner herein had died on 27.07.2019 and no steps have been taken to bring his legal heirs on records.

3. Hence, the writ petition stands dismissed as abated. No costs. It is needless to point out that if at all any right survives on the legal heirs to seek for the remedy, which they have sought for in the writ petition, it is always open to them to do so.
