ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report before the competent Court of law in Crime No.248 of 2021 pending investigation on the file of the second respondent. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the second respondent has registered a case in Crime No.248 of 2021, no final report has been filed till date. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition before this Court. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that, based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the second respondent has registered the FIR in Crime No.248 of 2021, in which, investigation is under progress. Hence, he seeks two months time to file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

4.Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to file the final report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
