ORDER
The prayer sought for herein is for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to issue proper patta for the survey numbers mentioned in the sale deed and correct name of the petitioner's father in the patta to the petitioner, in view of the petitioner's representation dated 23.01.2023 and to direct the respondents to issue proper patta to the petitioner in Plot No.548/4A, 550/1, Arivudamani Street, Srinivasan Nagar, Chozhambedu, Thirumullaivoyal Village, Avadi Taluk, Thiruvallur District.
2. In respect of the land at Plot No. No.548/4A, 550/1 atArivudamani Street, Srinivasan Nagar, Chozhambedu, Thirumullaivoyal Village, Avadi Taluk, Thiruvallur District, patta has been given in the name of the petitioner, but a typographical error has occurred in the said patta as the petitioner's father name is still mentioned in the patta, even though the petitioner's father is no more. Therefore, in order to correct the patta and issue proper patta by the Tahsildar concerned, the petitioner has given a representation on 23.01.2023 and in order to consider the same, the petitioner has moved the present writ petition with the aforesaid prayer.

3. Heard Mr.R.Naresh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
4. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the said representation given by the petitioner would be considered and necessary orders to that effect on merits would be passed within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
5. Considering the said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation given by the petitioner dated 23.01.2023 and pass orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six(6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
