ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 448, 294(b), 324, 307 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.28 of 2022, is before this Court seeking anticipatory bail.

On perusal of the First Information Report indicates that due to previous enmity, the petitioner and other accused attacked the defacto complainant with deadly weapons and caused serious injuries on him.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) states that the injured still in hospital.

Considering the above fact, this Court is not inclined to entertain this anticipatory bail petition.
