This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct thefourth respondent-Police to register a case on the complaint dated 04.05.2016, given by the petitioner and take action as per law against the accused.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on a complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted by the respondent police and the same was closed. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
