This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2, to provide police protection to the petitioner, based on his complaint dated 22.03.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.12/2019 and the same was closed on 23.01.2019. Thereafter, the petitioner gave a complaint dated 10.05.2019, and followed it up by filing Crl.OP.No.188 of 2020 in this Court, seeking police protection, which has been disposed of on 07.1.2020 4.
Mr.K.G.Senthil Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.

Recording the above, this criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
