..Respondents Prayer: Contempt Petition filed under Sections 11 of the Contempt of Courts act 1971 praying for punishing the respondents for disobeying the orders of this Hon'ble Court dated 11.09.2013 passed in M.P.No.2 of 2013 in W.P.No.25293 of 2013 .

ORDER

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court by order dated 11.09.2013 passed in M.P.No.2 of 2013 in W.P.No.25293 of 2013 granted interim stay, directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue services until further orders. Since the respondent had not complied with the interim order of this Court, the instant contempt petition is filed.

2. On perusal of the interim order passed by this Court, the petitioner has requested to grant re-employment in the same post from 01.09.2013 to 31.05.2014. Since the said academic year is over, at this 2/3

stage, this Court cannot find any reason to proceed with the contempt proceedings. However, the petitioner shall urge all the contentions raised in the contempt petition before the appropriate court in the main writ petition.

3. In view of the above, Contempt Petition stands closed.
