Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent submitted that, pursuant to the order of acquitting the Petitioner from a Criminal case, his services were regularized and that, he retired from service on 30.05.2011 and all the terminal benefits due to him were settled by the Respondent vide proceedings dated 10.05.2013.

2. Though, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that, he had no instructions, since all the terminal benefits have been granted to the Petitioner, nothing further survives for consideration in this Writ Petition.

3. As no further orders are required, recording the submissions of the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

Consequently, connected W.P.M.P.No.40450 of 2005 is closed.
