C.M.P.No.4228 of 2022 C.M.P.No.4228 of 2022 in A.S.Sr.No.104061 of 2021 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.

It appears that the appellants herein and the respondents 7 to 22 had jointly instituted the suit which was originally filed before this Court in C.S.No.4472/1999 was subsequently transferred to the V Additional City Civil Court, Chennai for consideration and it was renumbered as O.S.No.7207/2010.

2.Among the plaintiffs, four of the plaintiffs have now preferred this First Appeal and the other plaintiffs are shown as the respondents. It is for that reason that this application has been filed for accepting the cause title.

3.It is also to be noted before the Trial Court all the 22 plaintiffs were represented by a particular Power of Attorney. That particular Power of Attorney Agent is now representing only the third appellant herein.

4.Registry may examine that particular fact, otherwise the cause title may be accepted.
