PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to provide employment to the petitioner under the category of priority candidates in any post commensurate with the educational qualification of the petitioner namely in any Department or any one of the Establishments under the Control of the Government of Tamil Nadu without reference to age consideration.

The instant writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to provide employment to the petitioner under the category of priority candidates in any post commensurate with the educational qualification of the petitioner namely in any Department or any one of the Establishments under the Control of the Government of Tamil Nadu without reference to age consideration.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has secured employment and therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. The submission is taken on record.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
