Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondents under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for her willful and wanton disobedience of the directions/orders, dated 09.09.2024 passed by this Court in WP.No.395 of 2023.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition was filed on the ground that the order passed by this Court in WP.No.395 of 2023 dated 09.09.2025, was not complied with. 2.Pursuant to the earlier order passed by this Court on 21.03.2025, the matter was listed for hearing today.

3.This Court had ordered dispensing with the appearance of the respondents in Sub.Appln (OS).Nos.477 & 478 of 2025, dated 28.03.2025. The proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 27.03.2025 was placed before this Court. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the relief has been granted to the petitioner subject to the result of the writ appeal that has been filed and pending.
