ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the

respondents for the alleged willful disobedience of the orders of this Court passed in W.A.No.1458 of 2016, dated 01.12.2016.

2. When this contempt petition is taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the documents sought for by the petitioner are said to have been returned to her, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 01.12.2016 passed in W.A.No.1458 of 2016.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Contempt Petition is closed. The grievance of the petitioner, if any, has to be dealt with elsewhere.
