[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detention order has been revoked by the Government by its order in G.O.Rt.No.940 Home, Prohibition and Excise (XI) Department, dated 15.03.2019 and he has also produced a copy of the Government Order. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Permission is granted. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
