(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) When the matter is taken up, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has filed a counter affidavit and submits that the detenu is not a juvenile and the transfer certificate filed in the typed set of papers, on investigation, was found to be fake.

3. Permission is granted to withdraw this petition. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
