When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the the FIR has already been registered in Crime No.12 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police. Therefore, the matter has become infructuous.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
