PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the first respondent impugned Letter No.Y3/45947/2010, dated 18.09.2011 as well as second respondent impugned order Na.Ka.11527/08/06, dated 18.10.2011 and quash the same and direct the first respondent to provide employment to the petitioner in the compassionate ground.
