Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed in the order dated 24.01.2019 in Crl.O.P.No.1301 of 2019 that the petitioner shall stay at Vellore and report before the Inspector of Police, Thiruvalam Police Station Vellore daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.. p.m until further orders.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.PRASADH Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MOHAMED RIYAZ,ADDL.PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Court while granting bail in Crl.O.P.No.1301 of 2019 dated 24.01.2019, had imposed certain conditions, one of the condition is that the petitioner shall stay at Vellore and report before the Inspector of Police, Thiruvalam Police Station, Vellore, daily at 10.30 a.m. And 5.30 p.m. Until further orders. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is complying the condition from 29.01.2019 to till date. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present petition seeking modification of the said condition.

3.Considering the same, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1301 of 2019 dated 24.01.2019 is modified and the petition is ordered accordingly. The petitioner shall stay at Vellore and comply the said condition for further period of two weeks. Thereafter, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required.
