Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to item Nos.2 to 4 in the Public Auction Notice in Na.Ka.No.100 /2021 /A1 dated 03/02/2021 on the file of the 4th respondent quash the same and direct the respondents to extend the lease for further period of one year (2021 -2022) for the item 2 to 4 and to waive the licence fees totally for the period from 24/03/2020 to 06/09/2020 and for the subsequent period from 06/09/2020 up to lifting of lock down restrictions and adjust the same in the present lease amount.
