Respondent Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records in Na.Ka.No.312/2014/A2 dated 27.02.2017 and quash the same as contrary to law and direct the respondent to renew the lease of the petitioners for further period of three years for Shop Nos.1, 2 and 3, Vellodu Commercial Complex, commencing from 01.04.2017 to 31.03.2020.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in view of the subsequent development, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous and seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh writ petition, based upon a fresh cause of action. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
