O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 17.06.2013 and to investigate the same and to file a final report.

2.This Court perused the materials available on record and heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] for the respondents. 3.It is the case of the petitioner that property in question is a property belonging to Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board, which was allotted to his maternal aunt, somewhere in the year 1963 and after the death of her maternal aunt, the petitioner's son has managed to transfer the allotment in his name. case of this nature, the police cannot be directed to register a case. However, it is open to the petitioner to approach the Slum Clearance Board with the dispute, if any.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
