Admittedly, the third respondent is the brother of the petitioner. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner was allotted 475 sq.ft of land in patta No.338 in survey No.203/21/3, Mukampattu Village and that, the third respondent is disturbing the possession of the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court seeking police protection.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate.

3.In a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., this Court cannot decide the civil rights of parties. However, on the complaint given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry in CSR.No.117 of 2018 has been registered. In such view of the matter, this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court directs the respondent police to call both the parties and conduct enquiry and ensure that there is no law and order problem in the said land.
