This petition has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 18.12.2019 passed by this Court in WP No.35147 of 2019.

2. In para 5 of the order, in the place of the first respondent, the same shall be replaced as second respondent. The Registry is directed to carry out the amendment and issue a fresh order copy to the counsel appearing on either side.

4. In other respect, the earlier order dated 18.12.2019 shall remain unaltered.
