... Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for the issuance of a writ of mandamus directing an independent and impartial enquiry under the aegis of the High Court into the entire incidents of rampant corruption and other financial

irregularities, manipulation, cooking, fudging of accounts done in the corporation balance sheet, supplementary sheets in the annual returns and thereby having committed fraud of more than ten thousand crores of money as well as to look into the various fraud in procurement, purchase, project allocation and in various mischief done in the corporation and direct the registration of FIRs and the prosecution of those implicated by such independent and impartial enquiry in accordance with law and direct the respondents to register case not only against the offenders but to work with INTERPOL and also register case against the receivers of stolen money including the foreign officials of foreign bank.
