Mrs.P.Kavitha, Government Advocate COMMON ORDER Petitioners have come up with the present Writ Petitions seeking a direction to the official Respondents herein, to treat them as Elementary School Headmaster from 01.06.1988 and grant arrears of salary and other attendant benefits within a stipulated time, as per the orders passed by the Administrative Tribunal.
Heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the material documents available on record.
When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents submitted that, the relief sought by the Petitioners herein, has already been granted vide G.O.Ms.No.202 School Education (G2) Department, dated 24.09.2008. She further submitted that, the Petitioners' pay has been revised in the cadre of Elementary School Headmaster and a communication in that regard has been sent to the Authority concerned. Hence, according to the learned counsel, no further adjudication is required in this matter.
Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate that, the relief sought by the Petitioners has been granted vide G.O.Ms.No.202 School Education (G2) Department,
dated 24.09.2008, these Writ Petitions are closed, as no further adjudication is required. However, if the Petitioners are still aggrieved, it is open to them to adjudicate the issue in the manner known to law. No costs.
