ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the parties are in the process of settling the issue and serious efforts are taken.

2. In view of the said factum, the learned counsel for the petitioner has chosen to withdraw the writ petition on the instructions of the petitioner. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, however, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue the issue if the issues are not settled. There will be no order as to costs.
