Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to take necessary action to issue patta to the petitioner and other beneficiaries and register the same in Nithinatham Village Account and Thittagudi Taluk Account by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 06.02.2021 on the file of the first respondent herein to secure the ends of justice. ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to take necessary action to issue patta to the petitioner and other beneficiaries and register the same in Nithinatham Village Account and Thittagudi Taluk Account by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 06.02.2021 on the file of the first respondent herein. 2.Mr.G.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for Respondents and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 28.05.2021 at 11.00 a.m at the office of the second respondent.

3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the second respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of eight (8) weeks (after the conclusion of the General Elections to the Legislative Assembly - 2021) from 28.05.2021. 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
