ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 27.11.2025, passed by this Court in W.P.No.39089 of 2025, thereby directing the respondents to extend the tenure of the petitioner as to the office of Member, District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Nargarcoil, forthwith, till the appointment of new Member.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the as directed by this Court, the President, State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Chennai, passed order by the proceedings dated 13.06.2023 thereby allowing the petitioner to server as Member in the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Nargarcoil. He also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 13.06.2023 before this Court.

Recording the above submission, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
