This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to register a case over the complaint given by the petitioner on 10.03.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents.

3. On the complaint given by one Sakthivel against this petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.82 of 2016, in which, the petitioner appeared and agreed to repay the amount. Thereafter, the petitioner has given a complaint dated 10.03.2016. It appears to be a civil dispute. Hence, no positive direction can be given to the respondent police to register the case and the criminal original petition is closed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
