ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that this Court, while disposing of WP.Crl.No.1634 of 2025, directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent for an inquiry. Since the petitioner failed to appear, the respondent closed the inquiry and hence, the respondent cannot be held liable for contempt.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is willing to appear for the inquiry and requested that the respondent may be directed to reopen the petitioner's representation.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondent is directed to reopen the petitioner's representation, conduct the inquiry and pass orders in accordance with law.
