ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondents 1 & 2 take action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 03.01.2018 against the 3rd Respondent and his relatives and consequently directing the Respondents to remove the dead body of one Manickam, father of the 3rd respondent herein, who buried on 02.01.2018 in the lands of the Petitioner, situated at Periamarai Village, Sullangudi Madura, Ariyalur Taluk and District.
