This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Reporting Compliance' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that this Court, while granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners on 13.02.2023 had directed the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.01 of 2019 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dharmapuri, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. He would further submit that the petitioners have duly complied the said conditions and a memo has also been filed to that effect.

3. In view of the above, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners on 13.02.2023 is made absolute. All other conditions imposed on 13.02.2023 shall remain unaltered. 19.04.2023 jas
