4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the records.
5. A perusal of the A diary adjudication would indicate that after entering appearance, the respondents have been delaying the disposal of the original petitions by filing one application after the other.
6. Considering the fact that the main petitions have been filed as early as in the year 2021 and orders are still to be pronounced, these Civil Revision Petitions are allowed. A direction is issued to the learned XIII Small Causes Court, Chennai to dispose of RLTOP.Nos.481, 482 and 483 of 2021 within a period of 1 month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
