O R D E R
( This case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed seeking for an direction, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to take disciplinary action against the respondents 5 to 7 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 12.03.2018.
2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner married one Jaganathan in the year 1968 and out of the wedlock 3 children were born to them. Thereafter, it came to light that the petitioner's husband is having illegal intimacy with several women. Hence the petitioner filed a complaint before the 7th respondent and CSR No.433 of 2016 was issued to her. However no action was taken.
Therefore, the petitioner filed C.M.P.No.5778 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Poonamallee, wherein a direction was issued to consider the petitioner's complaint. However no action was taken. Thereafter the petitioner filed against another petition in C.M.P.No.678 of 2017 on which as well no action was taken.

The petitioner approached this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17206 of 2017 wherein this Court has issued a direction stating that the first respondent shall transfer the petitioner's complaint dated 02.09.2016 to any investigating officer having jurisdiction over the issue and on such transfer, the concerned investigating officer shall forth with commence an enquiry into the complaint and file a final report/charge sheet within eight weeks from the date of receipt of such complaint. Finally an F.I.R was registered in crime No.3 of 2018 dated 23.02.2018 . However no action was taken which lead to filing of the present petition.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that despite several representations no action was taken by the officials concerned.
5. The learned Government Advocate would submit that during the pendency of this petition action was taken against the respondents 5 to 7 and charge sheet was filed and numbered in C.C.No.84 of 20.
6. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, it is clear that the grievance of the petitioner is re-solved and no further adjudication is required in this case. Accordingly this writ petition is closed. However the petitioner is at liberty to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.
