Respondents Criminal Revision Case filed under Section 397 r/w 401 of the Criminal Procedure Code praying to call for the records pertaining to the order made in C.M.P.No.516 of 2012 dated 21.02.2012 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirukazhukundram, Kancheepuram District and set aside the same. For Petitioner :No appearance For Respondents :Mr.T.Shanmuga Rajeswaran,GA for R1 No appearance for R2 OR D E R There is no representation for the revision petitioner.

2. As directed by this Court on the earlier hearing i.e 15.03.2019, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) has verified the records and reports that the confiscation proceedings has been completed. The subject vehicle was put to auction and a sum of Rs.41,220/- has been remitted into the Treasury on 21.12.2011. The present revision petition challenging the order of the Magistrate dismissing the application to return the custody of the vehicle has become infructuous, in view of the confiscation proceeding. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infrucutous.
