Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on every 1st working day of every month at 10.30 am until further orders by this Honble Court vide order dt.13.09.2017 passed in Cr.M.P.No.11564 of 2017 in Crl.A.586/2017, pending disposal of the above Crl.A.586 of 2017. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of MR.MURALI KUMAR ADVOCATE FOR M/S.MCGAN LAW FIRM for the petitioner and of MR.K.SRINIVASAN, SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.11564 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.586 of 2017 dated 13.09.

2017 against the C.C.No.23 of 2012 directing the petitioner to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m until further orders. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that right from the date of suspension of sentence he has been regularly complying with the condition. He would further submit that the petitioner is a normal resident of Bangalore and he finds it difficult to travel from Bangalore to Chennai every month. 3.The learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases would submit that petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by the counsels on either side, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.11564 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.586 of 2017 dated 13.09.2017 against the C.C.No.23 of 2012 is modified. shall appear before the trial Court once in three months, on the first working day of the English calender month at 10.30 am, commencing from April 2019.
