Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.12.2020 to enquire the same under Sections 82 & 83 of the Registration Act, 1908 in accordance with law within a stipulated period.

ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the first respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.12.2020 to enquire the same under Sections 82 & 83 of the Registration Act, 1908 in accordance with law within a stipulated period. 2.The petitioner seeks a direction to enquire into his representation dated 29.12.2020, if the document viz., the Sale Deed dated 31.07.2019 since according to him, it is a fraudulent one, under Sections 82 & 83 of the Registration Act, 1908.

3.Heard Mr.K.Govi Ganesan learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2. 4.Therefore, this Court directs the respondents to hold an enquiry after the conclusion of the General Elections to the Legislative Assembly - 2021, in before first week of June, 2021 after issuing notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing, and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 29.12.2020 through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks thereafter. 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
